We institute a 5 step process for all of our projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and to your satisfaction.

1. Comprehensive inspection.

Our experienced technicians will thoroughly inspect the job site to make sure that we fully understand the nature of the work and any potential challenges that may exist.

2. Scope and proposal.

We present a fair and honest outline of the project, including the work that we will perform, as well as what is our responsibility and what is the customer's. This will include the cost and investment options available. 

3. Safe working environment.

First and foremost our focus is on safety.  We set up and operate in a safe working environment for everyone involved in the project.

4. Protection of property.

Our technicians will take the necessary steps to ensure that your property is protected while we perform our work and through project completion.

5. Project cleanup and signoff.

Our projects aren’t complete until our crew cleans the area of any excess materials and debris and performs an inspection of the grounds. We will review with the customer the original scope, what we did and gain approval of the work that was done.
